AMINO PLEX™ IS TAKING RECOVERY TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL
Amino Plex™ is the most complete Intra-workout recovery catalyst you will ever take. Why is Amino Plex™ superior to other intra-workout supplements?
Amino Plex™ is formulated with (Instantized BCAA's) Branch Chain Amino Acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine) which have long been considered to be the basic building blocks for muscle synthesis. Cenergy™ does not stop with just BCAA's, Amino Plex™ includes (SAA) Silk Amino Acids, a complete vitamin / mineral / electrolyte complex, as well as the CynEsorb™ Matrix
Many studies have shown that BCAA supplementation protects protect muscles from catabolism (muscle fiber breakdown) due to intensive strength training. Because the body doesn't have to repair as many damaged muscle fibers, it can invest more energy in the formation of new muscle tissue, so BCAA supplementation enables strength athletes to build up more strength and mass
What Do BCAA's Do?
- Enhance Performance
- Increase Stamina
- Improve Protein Synthesis
- Reduce Soreness
- Elevate ATP Levels
What Do SAA's Do?
- Reduce Cortisol levels in the body
- Enhances Physical Stamina
- May increase blood concentration of testosterone
- Protects muscles from "free radicals" resulting from exercise
- Increases glycogen production in liver and muscles
****Why Amino Plex™ does not contain L-Glutamine ?****
Amino Acids compete for muscle cell receptors, as well as GI uptake and digestion.
L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid, it's also the most abundant gluconeogenic amino acid in the human body, Thus resulting in Hyperammonemia.
Hyperammonemia is an over-abundance of ammonia in the body resulting from the break-down of amino acids to ammonia and glucose (gluconeogenesis for energy.) More ammonia (hyperammonemia) means more BCAAs utilized for energy in/by muscle resulting in lean mass loss. Therefore, a significant increase in blood glutamine concentration can signal hyperammonemia and thus decreased BCAA absorbtion.
What Amino Plex™ contains that is superior to all intra-workout supplements?
A Study was conducted by the Researchers at the University of Tsukuba in Japan and arrived at this conclusion. Strength athletes that are positive about BCAA's, but are looking for a supplement that works a little better, should try combining their BCAAs with L-Taurine.
L-Taurine - Is the most voluminous amino acid present in striated type 2 muscle fiber. It acts much like creatine in the fact that it expands the cells by helping the muscle cell hold more water, which increases cell volume. This is very significant to a bodybuilder because expanded muscle cells increase hydration. This results in a higher rate of protein synthesis and creates increased muscle fullness. L-Taurine is widely used in bodybuilding because of its ability to increase energy in the muscles, thereby allowing for a prolonged workout time. It also aids in lifting heavier weights, because of its ability to enhances interstitial contractile leverage.
Rhodiola rosea - It has long been known as a potent adaptogen. Adaptogens are natural plant substances that increase the body's non-specific resistance and normalize the functions of the body. Rhodiola rosea is a remarkable herb that has a wide and varied history of uses. It is thought to strengthen the nervous system, fight depression, enhance immunity, elevate the capacity for exercise, enhance memory, aid weight reduction, increase sexual function and improve energy levels.
DL-alpha-hydroxy-isocaproic acid (HICA) - is an end product of leucine metabolism in human tissues such as muscle and connective tissue and, therefore, occurs physiologically in mammalian organisms. HICA has been suggested to provide support against muscle breakdown in several studies. According to studies done on HICA, people that supplemented with HICA experienced less DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Sorness) and were suggested to have experienced growth in lean body mass (muscle tissue), compared to those who used a placebo. Supplementing with HICA may allow you to train harder, and support muscle growth and muscle recovery in a shorter period of time.
L-Citrulline - is a non-essential amino acid that has numerous health and athletic performance benefits*. L-Citrulline helps to rid the body of ammonia, a toxic byproduct of protein metabolism and provides a readily available substrate for arginine production. L-Citrulline is involved in the formation of urea in the liver which plays an important part in the removal of waste created by the digestion, absorption and metabolism of proteins. The primary role of L-Citrulline in the body is to support the optimization of blood flow to the tissues, which is critical for helping you not only perform your workouts to the best of your abilities, but also to speed up recovery. L-Citrulline functions in the body by being converted to L-arginine and then into nitric oxide. This nitric oxide is then going to be involved with vasodilation. This vasodilation is what helps increase the amount of blood and oxygen that is delivered to the working muscles, helping to prevent both mental and physical fatigue.
Beta Alanine - is the rate-limiting precursor of carnosine, which is to say carnosine levels are limited by the amount of available β-alanine. Supplementation with β-alanine has been shown to increase the concentration of carnosine in muscles, decrease fatigue in athletes and increase total muscular work done. Beta Alanine may Increase Muscular Strength & Power Output, Increases Muscle Mass, Increase Anaerobic Endurance, Increases Aerobic Endurance, Delay Muscular Fatigue- Train Harder & Longer.
L-Glycine - is the smallest among the 20 amino acids found within proteins, but is highly effective for developing strong muscle tissues, producing body energy, and maintaining a healthy digestive and central nervous system. One of the most common benefits of glycine is its ability to induce DNA and RNA formation. This, in turn, helps in development of new cells and effective functioning of the cellular system within the human body. Glycine is also popularly known as a glucogenic amino acid that helps to convert glucose into necessary energy. Supplements including glycine are widely used by athletes and bodybuilders for faster recovery from the symptoms of heavy workouts and fatigue. Another key benefit of Glycine is its ability to develop muscle cells. It induces formation and functioning of creatine that breaks down the muscular tissue to build lean muscle.
L-Lysine - is one of the aminos that is of utmost importance to growth and development. It is used in the body for calcium absorption, which results in bone and muscle growth as well as fat mobilization for energy uses. L-Lysine maintains the nitrogen balance and helps to maintain lean body mass in periods of extreme stress and fatigue. It is also needed to produce antibodies, hormones (GH, testosterone, insulin, you name it), enzymes, collagen and to repair damaged tissue, much like histidine and most of the essential amino acids.
